We’ve all experienced this before, it’s New Years day, we wake up, ecstatic and hopeful. We think to ourselves ‘this is the year that i’m going to finally lose weight!”

We sign up for a gym membership, go online and buy all the necessary gear that we need. Running shoes, water bottles, a smart watch that calculates every calorie you lose with each step you take throughout the day.

The moment we step into the gym in the first week of January, it’s packed with other people with the same desire to change their lives after constantly struggling to lose weight.

The first week passes by,  you’re giving it your all at the gym, your motivation is at an all time high.

You feel unstoppable and you’re convinced that this is it! you’re going to finally lose the weight for good after all these years!

A few weeks pass by, and you start to tell yourself ‘wow i deserve a break, i can take a day off from the gym!’ or “I’ve been eating healthy all this time, i deserve a treat!”

You go ahead and take a day off, which turns into a week off, and then a month off and you’re back to square one. You don’t feel like trying to go to the gym again.

You think to yourself “what’s the point of trying if I’m just going to give up?”. Your confidence takes a big hit and you give up trying. You end up adding more weight and slip back to your old habits for the rest of the year, and then the new year shows up and the whole cycle repeats itself.

This is what happens to the majority of us. Only a few people are lucky enough to be able to tackle and break through any goals they put their mind to. The 1% have a superpower when it comes to their willpower and motivation.

Obstacles & challenges excite them, whereas us we burn out and give up easily when we try to go after our goals.

Can you imagine being able to go the gym without thinking about it?, It would be effortless and routine just like going to take a shower or brushing your teeth every single day. There’s no mental battle, this is how the minds of the 1% operate.

So how are they able to this and not us? How is it that they are able to conquer goal after goal with minimal effort consistently? Well the answer lies within our subconscious minds.

Our subconscious minds control our day to day habits. Your subconscious mind carries out actions for you automatically to make your life easier. Can you imagine if you had to think about each breathe you take, consciously digest your food, you would lose your mind.

Do you remember when you first learned how to drive? I remember it like it was yesterday, it was more than 20 years ago, i was on the road with my driving instructor for the first time.

I was trying hard to concentrate, stepping down on the clutch, awkwardly shifting gears and always paying attention to the other cars around me. It was exhausting and terrifying.But after a few weeks i started to get the hang of it, and after a few months it became as easy as tying your shoe laces.

After weeks of learning to drive, our subconscious mind takes over. It carries out the actions automatically for you. We now drive to places, while listening to the radio, singing to our favorite song without thinking about it. By the time you reach your destination you don’t even notice the journey that it took to get there,it felt like someone else drove you there, this was your subconscious mind at work.

Your subconscious mind is your very own supercomputer. It learns by repetition or through intense emotions. Once your subconscious learns a skill that you’ve consciously practiced for some time it becomes effortless, it turns into a habit. It will be practically impossible to unlearn that skill.

The subconscious mind only accepts statements that you truly believe in. Being a chain smoker for most of my early adult life i have lost friends and relatives from lung cancer as a result from smoking. I thought experiencing devastating losses that i would get a wake up call to finally quit i was mistaken.

This is how powerful addictions are, you know the horrible consequences but we still continue to engage in them. Why is it so hard to quit bad habits? It’s because our subconscious minds have turned them into a habit.

Any behavior that we repeat for a long period of time turns into a habit. Once a habit is formed, it would feel impossible to stop that habit once it’s gotten momentum.

The type of momentum your habits once formed carry you is like trying to stop a speeding train by placing cardboard boxes in the middle of the tracks. Your subconscious mind is making your life and survival easier by making actions automatic.

This would make sense 1000’s of years ago when we were living in caves hunting our own food at peak performance but in today’s world our we have a lot of distractions and bad vices that we consume on the daily.

Our subconscious mind doesn’t care if what we feed it is good or bad for us. It carries out it’s purpose of making the actions automatic regardless.  Here’s the problem it’s very easy to learn a new habit if you’ve never experienced the opposite effect before.

For example if you’ve always been obese your entire life, trying to start going to the gym and sticking to it will be impossible,  since you’ve never been in good shape your mind will be full of doubts. How can you believe you can achieve something if you’ve always struggled to get it?

No amount of positive affirmations will change your habits. There is a big misconception in the self help community that preaches positive affirmations and positive thinking. Positive self talk alone will not get you to where you want to be.

The only thing it will do is give you a temporary motivational boost but you will crash and burn before you see any real changes. Each time you want to decide to quit smoking you would go maybe a week without one puff..but the cravings hit you hard and you’re back to smoking and feeling very disappointed with yourself.

How to get a promotion using your subconscious mind

Have you ever wondered why it’s so easy for some people to excel at their careers at a very short period of time while you try to advance in yours but still struggle to make any progress at all?

Your subconscious mind has been programmed for ‘comfort’ since you were growing up.It’s like a thermostat that brings you back to your old behaviors which you learned from your environment while growing up.

Unlike the successful person that’s been brought up with discipline, their subconscious minds have been programmed to run on successful habits. Your subconscious mind is like an open sponge when you’re young. It is open to any belief since it has never experienced any limiting beliefs.

Remember that your subconscious mind will only act upon on affirmations that you truly believe in. If you’ve never experienced success in your life it’s going to be impossible to tell yourself that you will be to through positive affirmations .

Because you don’t know how it feels like and have never experienced it, your subconscious mind won’t accept it, compared to  someone that was raised by successful parents, that person has no issue believing that it’s possible, it’s something that has been the standard from his childhood growing up.

They will never be able to be broke because they have never experienced it before in their lives.  If something were to ever happen to them that effects their finances e.g A business that they own gets destroyed by a fire they can rebuild the business no problem back to what to it was earning or more because their subconscious minds is fixed on a successful trajectory and leads them with the right actions to take to get wealthy again.

So does this mean if you weren’t raised up by successful parents it means that you’re screwed and never likely to change your current situation?

If there’s one thing that determines between success and failure is CONSISTENT ACTION. Taking action everyday weather it’s going to the gym, starting a business or studying is vital for success.

You’ve probably experienced this every year. January 1st hits, one of your new year’s resolutions is to eat healthy and exercise. You are excited that finally THIS is the year!  that you’re going to finally leave transform into a completely different person.

But we have one problem. Our old destructive habits that we’ve developed over the years are so strong,  we would need an extreme amount of willpower of forcing new habits in order to replace our bad habits.

How to use your subconscious mind to attract love

A basic human need is the feel to be desired and loved by the members of the opposite sex. Finding your soulmate is easier than you think. No matter how many time’s you’ve struggled in the past, it’s possible to use the power of your subconscious mind to attract the love of your life.

Your current state of mind determines the quality of people that enter your life. The typical strategy preached by many law of attraction guru’s  is to visualize your soulmate and they will come to you. But this never works for everyone. In order for your wish to come true, you must truly believe that it’s possible to be able to attract a soulmate.

Any lingering doubt in your mind that you can’t attract your soul mate can be sensed by your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind does not grant any wish if it has any form of doubt associated with it.

Imagine having your own personal genie, he asks you that you can ask for any wish but as long as you truly believe it then the genie will make it happen. This is how your subconscious mind works. The doubts and insecurities that you have are called ‘limiting beliefs’.

The reason you haven’t met your soulmate yet is that you may have grown up with  limiting beliefs about yourself. It may have come from constant bullying as a child from other kids at school or even from your own family. The constant negative reinforcements from them over and over becomes what you think about yourself.

You grow up with a lack of confidence and insecurity that puts in you in a low state of vibration. When you constantly tell yourself how low worth you are, it’s easy for the subconscious mind to accept this truth and make sure only negative situations and negative people are attracted to your life.

For the person that could be your future wife or husband, they will only be attracted in your life if you put out a positive vibration. This will only happen if you get rid of your limiting belief about your self image.

You can try to start positive affirmations, but the old prior feelings of yourself you’ve had are true strong to replace. Your subconscious mind will reject it and stick to your current negative belief about yourself.

Why the Law of Attraction doesn’t work

The law of attraction has been a global phenomenon ever since the hit movie “The secret” graced our screens back in 2008. My friends, relatives , co-workers, practically anyone i knew talked about it and recommended it to me.

I’ve been studying about the subconscious mind for a decade, and when i first heard about the law of attraction, the concept had similarities to some books on the subconscious mind I’ve read in the past such as ‘The power of the subconscious mind’ by Joseph Murphy, ‘Think and Grow Rich ” by Napolean hill and ‘The science of getting rich’ by Wallace D Wattles (in fact this was the very book that inspired the movie ‘The Secret’).

While those were brilliant books in their own right, the techniques worked for some but not for me and many other people, i felt that there was still a critical component missing.So i had to watch The Secret and i thought that finally they’ve figured out how anyone can attract their desires with the power of positive thinking.

After watching The secret i was very excited to try what they outlined in the movie out. I set up my vision board and practically every waking moment i was ‘visualizing’ my desires. Days passed by and nothing happened.”Hmm ok this obviously requires some time, let me not stop” then weeks which turned into months and still nothing…

I ended up very frustrated and let down. I came to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction was a very well executed scam. I continued my research on the subconscious mind.

And by sheer luck that’s when i had my breakthrough. I finally learnt why some people were able to become successful with ease while others like myself at the time struggled.

The one thing that ‘The Secret’ and countless other ‘Law of attraction Gurus’ failed to explain is limiting beliefs.

Limiting beliefs are the ONE thing that stops “Law of attraction” from working for you. When you truly believe that’s something will happen for you without a single ounce of doubt, it will.

Your subconscious mind is what makes the magic happen, it will ‘attract’ you all the desires that you want but i will only listen to you if it’s fed with only strong levels of emotions and BELIEF.

Ever since i was a child i thank my dad for forcing me to eat healthy and exercise regularly. i’m in my mid 40s and I’ve never heard any issues with diet and weight gain. Because i grew up believing that it was EASY to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

People that grew up unhealthy and overweight will find it impossible to stick to a healthy diet and gym regiment. They could try all they want to visualize about their new beach body and use positive affirmations over and over, but deep down they truly don’t believe that it’s possible.

That’s why the Law of attraction doesn’t work for most people. They are trying to get something that they’ve never had in their lives.It’s impossible to truly believe you can get it because you have suffered your entire life being either poor, overweight or lonely .

Even though i didn’t have any issues with weight growing up, i had terrible luck with money. My parents used to fight all the time over money, my dad would constantly tell me that “money doesn’t grow on trees” “money is the root of all evil!”. Those would end up being my own limiting beliefs that stuck for decades.

So when i tried to visualize myself being rich and successful, deep down there was a voice saying “Stop lying to your self! You will never be rich!Money is hard to get!”.

My limiting belief blocked the new positive visualizations and affirmations from entering my subconscious mind.

So what does this mean? are people who grew up poor or unhealthy are going to live the rest of their lives like that? Not if you can find a way to bypass your limiting beliefs.

Habits are everything. If you want to take charge of your life you need to develop good habits.  Habits are a result of what you do every single day consistently.  Once a habit is formed it’s practically impossible to unlearn them.

Your subconscious mind will control your actions like a puppet without you even realizing it. If your subconscious mind has success  programmed to it, you will find yourself making the right decisions everyday with very small hesitation or resistance.

“Good luck” and opportunities will seem to be falling on to your lap for some reason. Your subconscious mind is like a magnet attracting situations and people that are aligned with positive or negative beliefs that have been fed to it by you.

People who always complain about the rich and their own ‘bad luck’ with money will never be successful. They’ve unknowingly programmed their subconscious mind to only attract negative situations and people that repel money away from their lives.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t care if you what you feed it is positive or negative. It just carries out what you plant it like an obedient servant.

If you want to use the power of your subconscious mind to attract wealth,good health, a soulmate or all the above, you need to speak it’s language. The subconscious mind only understands strong emotions that you believe in.

That’s why it’s very easy to attract bad situations to our lives because emotions such as anger, jealousy and fear are powerful emotions we experience from what we see in around our lives. Our subconscious minds easily absorb these emotions because we truly believe that deep down we can never be rich and successful , We look in the mirror and we think we can never have that perfect beach body.

If you wanted to the power of the subconscious mind for the good ,it’s going to be practically impossible. How to Instantly Attract Wealth With Your Subconscious Mind

I’ve been constantly trying to figure out why some people are able to attract wealth easily and some don’t no matter how hard they try. I’ve probably gone through 100s of books in the past 20 years on the subject.

After years of research i discovered that your subconscious mind, based on the beliefs fed into it from childhood will determine whether you turn out to be successful in life or not.

99% of all self improvement books and motivational speakers preach about setting goals, visualizing and believing that you can achieve them.

One of the best selling self development books of all time ‘Think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill” insist that in order to influence your subconscious mind is by repeating the new desired goal that you wrote on a piece of paper.

BUT if you personally don’t believe that you will be rich and successful it’s impossible for your subconscious mind to accept those new beliefs. No matter how many times you tell yourself you can.

Visualizing Doesn’t Work

Ever since the Law Of Attraction  became popular from the hit movie “The Secret” , the masses have been told by these “Gurus” that all you need to do is visualize your desires and you will get anything you want.

 

Unsurprisingly nothing happened to most people (including me) who tried to visualize. This goes back to your subconscious mind only accepting beliefs if you truly believe in them.

This was the main driving force for me in creating this blog years ago with the sole purpose of searching for the perfect formula that would allow anyone to attract wealth using the power of their subconscious mind.

False Hope

After watching “The Secret” I thought my research on the power of the subconscious mind had come to a close.

Finally someone cracked the code and everyone would benefit from it.

I was ecstatic! finally the life that i dreamed of having seemed attainable. Immediately after watching the movie i made my vision boards of what I’ve always wanted in life ,just like everyone else I wanted to be successful, healthy and have my perfect soul mate.

I started to visualize and feel like I already have my desires just like what they instruct you to do in the secret but as weeks and months passed by nothing was happening, the more i saw that nothing was happening the more difficult it got to for me to stay positive, and this turned into a vicious cycle.

The overbearing level of doubt shattered my faith, i was almost suicidal at this point and came close into ending it all.

A New Beginning

i have a passion for luxury cars, I’m subscribed to a popular car channel on YouTube, the guy that runs it is extremely wealthy and he’s only in his early 20’s.

He buys the latest sports cars as soon as they come out and does reviews on them. In one of his videos he had a viewer Q&A and someone asked him how he became so successful.

He talked briefly talked about the power of controlling your subconscious mind .He mentioned about a system called “Manifestation Magic”,  that programmed his subconscious mind for success. I was intrigued and I went to their website .
