how to use your subconscious mind to lose weight

We’ve all experienced this before, it’s New Years day, we wake up, ecstatic and hopeful. We think to ourselves ‘this is the year that i’m going to finally lose weight!”

We sign up for a gym membership, go online and buy all the necessary gear that we need. Running shoes, water bottles, a smart watch that calculates every calorie you lose with each step you take throughout the day.

The moment we step into the gym in the first week of January, it’s packed with other people with the same desire to change their lives after constantly struggling to lose weight.

The first week passes by,  you’re giving it your all at the gym, your motivation is at an all time high.

You feel unstoppable and you’re convinced that this is it! you’re going to finally lose the weight for good after all these years!

A few weeks pass by, and you start to tell yourself ‘wow i deserve a break, i can take a day off from the gym!’ or “I’ve been eating healthy all this time, i deserve a treat!”

You go ahead and take a day off, which turns into a week off, and then a month off and you’re back to square one. You don’t feel like trying to go to the gym again.

You think to yourself “what’s the point of trying if I’m just going to give up?”. Your confidence takes a big hit and you give up trying. You end up adding more weight and slip back to your old habits for the rest of the year, and then the new year shows up and the whole cycle repeats itself.

This is what happens to the majority of us. Only a few people are lucky enough to be able to tackle and break through any goals they put their mind to. The 1% have a superpower when it comes to their willpower and motivation.

Obstacles & challenges excite them, whereas us we burn out and give up easily when we try to go after our goals.

Can you imagine being able to go the gym without thinking about it?, It would be effortless and routine just like going to take a shower or brushing your teeth every single day. There’s no mental battle, this is how the minds of the 1% operate.

So how are they able to this and not us? How is it that they are able to conquer goal after goal with minimal effort consistently? Well the answer lies within our subconscious minds.

Our subconscious minds control our day to day habits. Your subconscious mind carries out actions for you automatically to make your life easier. Can you imagine if you had to think about each breathe you take, consciously digest your food, you would lose your mind.

While bodily functions such as breathing and digesting food are carried out by our subconscious mind from birth, other habits are learned consciously and then the subconscious mind takes over.

Do you remember when you first learned how to drive? I remember it like it was yesterday, it was more than 20 years ago, i was on the road with my driving instructor for the first time.

I was trying hard to concentrate, stepping down on the clutch, awkwardly shifting gears and always paying attention to the other cars around me. It was exhausting and terrifying. But after a few weeks i started to get the hang of it, and after a few months it became as easy as tying your shoe laces.

After weeks of learning to drive, our subconscious mind takes over. It carries out the actions automatically for you. We now drive to places, while listening to the radio, singing to our favorite song without thinking about it. By the time you reach your destination you don’t even notice the journey that it took to get there,it felt like someone else drove you there, this was your subconscious mind at work.

Your subconscious mind is your very own supercomputer. It learns by repetition or through intense emotions. Once your subconscious learns a skill that you’ve consciously practiced for some time it becomes effortless, it turns into a habit. It will be practically impossible to unlearn that skill.

If you want to know how to use your subconscious mind to lose weight  you probably have had a difficult time trying to lose weight in the past. As mentioned earlier, no matter how hard you try to go to the gym or eat healthier food, you keep slipping back to your old habits.

If you’ve always had the routine of laying on the couch for hours binging on tv shows eating junk food everyday at work for a long period of time, then that has become a strong habit.

If you tried to break that routine by going to the gym instead and eating healthy food, it will feel impossible to break that old habit. You may go a few weeks with your new lifestyle, but the old habit of laying down in the couch and watching tv is so strong it pulls you back into it like a powerful magnet.

Your willpower and motivation doesn’t last long enough to make your new habit you’re after replace the old destructive habits.

This is the one flaw of the subconscious mind, it thinks that any action, whether good or bad, is good for you, and it will ensure that you will always carry out those destructive habits even if it means it will eventually kill you. Your subconscious mind will stop any attempts of you trying to replace the habit, thinking that it’s protecting you from harm.

If you want to not only lose weight using your subconscious mind, but also want to easily add any new habit that you’ve struggled with in the past then here’s what you need to do…..

In order to implant a new habit to your subconscious mind that will replace your destructive habit then you need to bypass the LIMITING BELIEF that lies between your conscious mind and subconscious mind.

The limiting belief are your doubts and fears that developed from your previous failures while you tried to overcome your previous bad habit. The limiting beliefs block out any attempt of you trying to change an old habit.  Your subconscious mind can only change when you truly believe you can.

So how do you believe that you could get something that you’ve always struggled to achieve in the past? How do you by pass your limiting beliefs that have hindered you from success and a fulfilling life?

After spending years of my life researching about the subconscious mind, i discovered that it’s possible to bypass your Limiting beliefs by being in a deep state of sleep known as the theta state.

When in the theta state, your conscious mind is asleep, meaning the gates to your subconscious mind are wide open. The Limiting Beliefs are not there to stop any affirmations from entering and being accepted by your subconscious mind.

This is big news, you can finally gain access to this super power within you. No more struggling to lose weight, you are now part of the 1% of successful people.  Your closest friends and family will be shocked at how much you’ve changed and acknowledge the amount of hard work you’ve put in, but in reality that ‘hard work’ will feel be effortless and as easy as tying your shoe laces.

How exactly do you tell your subconscious mind your new goal when you’re dead asleep? After doing some research i found out about subliminal messages. These are messages in audio or video form that you’re supposed to listen to and your subconscious mind will be the only one to pick up the affirmations.

The problem with most of the subliminal videos that i came across on Youtube do not work. The subliminal message has to be on a theta state wave frequency in order for your subconscious mind to listen to the message and carry out the changes.

That’s when i came across Eric Miller’s Thought elevator’s system, he figured out how to plant these messages on a theta wave frequency.  I was skeptical at first, but i’m glad to have taken the dive and implemented his system.

At the time i used it to help my financial situation , i had terrible deep rooted beliefs about money that i got from my childhood. And i started to see changes in less than a month!it was incredible.

After i got my money problems solved , i shifted towards health, and i started to watch his videos “Perfect health & healing”. My subconscious mind started to pick up on the subliminal messages after only two weeks of watching the video once a day.

It felt like i had unlimited motivation and willpower. I started to go to the gym without any mental battle. It was as routine as waking up and brushing my teeth. My subconscious mind stopped trying to fight against me and was pushing me towards my goals for the first time.

As a hardcore procrastinator i couldn’t believe what was happening. I gave the same system to my friends and family who were struggling with weight loss and they experienced the same effect as me.

It was amazing to see some relatives of mine that suffered from obesity all their lives suddenly become addicted to health and fitness within a month. This just shows the power our subconscious minds have over us and the benefits we can get if we learn to control it.

If you want to able to use your subconscious mind to lose weight FOR GOOD, getting this system is a no-brainer, for only $47 you will be able to have full access and control to your subconscious mind and your life will never be the same again.

How to use your subconscious mind to get rid of fear

Whatever phobia of fear you may have, it’s all controlled by your subconscious mind, it may have stemmed from childhood trauma or a recent event. Whatever happened to you is then stored like a photographic memory in your subconscious mind.

It does this to try to protect you by making you prepared if you ever encounter the thing or situation that scares you. Your subconscious mind still thinks that you still live in the wild as a caveman and the way it works would have made sense thousands of years ago but in our current environment it doesn’t.

We don’t encounter predators in our day to day lives, but our subconscious minds still think we do. You may be just be relaxing at home or hanging out with your friends and anxiety out of nowhere kicks in. For people that suffer from extreme anxiety it can be a living hell and effect the quality of your life.

The same can be said if you have a phobia, i know friends and family that have irrational phobias that other people would laugh about or can’t believe that they exist. Fear of balloons, fear of puppies the list is endless but no matter what phobia you have ,they’re all controlled by the subconscious mind.

The only way to get rid of irrational fear is by somehow convincing the subconscious mind to calm down. By using positive affirmations and slow breathing this works…but not all the time. This is only fixing the symptom but not the core problem.

Positive affirmations and slow breathing temporarily takes away the fear. But what you really want is for the fear of something you’ve had for a while to go away PERMANENTLY.

The subconscious mind only accepts statements that you truly believe in. If you have a fear of flying then no matter how many times you tell yourself that you ‘love flying’ as a way to try to get over your fear, your subconscious mind will reject it since it can sense that you don’t really believe that statement.

One of the best methods of therapy is known is hypnotherapy. This method works well because you’re put in a deep state of sleep, and any positive messages bypass that ‘wall of disbelief’ and straight to your subconscious mind.

The problem though that hypnotherapy is very expensive. A single session ranges from $100 up to $400, and multiple sessions are required for it to work effectively. Not many people even have access to a hypnotherapist in the first place.

Luckily there’s a more efficient, cheaper and more powerful way of directly accessing your subconscious mind without spending $1000’s of dollars on expensive therapy sessions.

When you have direct access to your subconscious mind, that’s where the magic happens. You can give it any instruction and it will obey since there’s no ‘wall of disbelief’ stopping you. Not only can you use this method to get rid of your fears, but you can also use it to attain goals that you’ve had problems with getting before. From losing weight to acquiring wealth, Click here to find out how to directly access your subconscious mind

how to use your subconscious mind to quit smoking

Being a chain smoker for most of my early adult life i have lost friends and relatives from lung cancer as a result from smoking. I thought experiencing devastating losses that i would get a wake up call to finally quit i was mistaken.

This is how powerful addictions are, you know the horrible consequences but we still continue to engage in them. Why is it so hard to quit bad habits? It’s because our subconscious minds have turned them into a habit.

Any behavior that we repeat for a long period of time turns into a habit. Once a habit is formed, it would feel impossible to stop that habit once it’s gotten momentum.

The type of momentum your habits once formed carry you is like trying to stop a speeding train by placing cardboard boxes in the middle of the tracks. Your subconscious mind is making your life and survival easier by making actions automatic.

This would make sense 1000’s of years ago when we were living in caves hunting our own food at peak performance but in today’s world our we have a lot of distractions and bad vices that we consume on the daily.

Our subconscious mind doesn’t care if what we feed it is good or bad for us. It carries out it’s purpose of making the actions automatic regardless.  Here’s the problem it’s very easy to learn a new habit if you’ve never experienced the opposite effect before.

For example if you’ve always been obese your entire life, trying to start going to the gym and sticking to it will be impossible,  since you’ve never been in good shape your mind will be full of doubts. How can you believe you can achieve something if you’ve always struggled to get it?

No amount of positive affirmations will change your habits. There is a big misconception in the self help community that preaches positive affirmations and positive thinking. Positive self talk alone will not get you to where you want to be.

The only thing it will do is give you a temporary motivational boost but you will crash and burn before you see any real changes. Each time you want to decide to quit smoking you would go maybe a week without one puff..but the cravings hit you hard and you’re back to smoking and feeling very disappointed with yourself.

So what is the secret to quitting smoking and any other bad habit that you may have? well you need to trick your subconscious mind that it’s “easy” to quit smoking. If your subconscious mind is able to believe that quitting smoking is easy all your withdrawal symptons will come to a halt.

Your subconscious mind controls all your bodily functions. The need to smoke will stop for good, but the problem is in order to get your subconscious to believe that it’s easy to quit smoking then you need to believe it consciously but that’s not the case since you’ve tried multiple times before.

So how do you get to convince your subconscious mind to accept this new belief?

There’s a ‘wall of belief’ that lies between your conscious mind and subconscious mind,  if you truly believe that you can accomplish something then this ‘wall’ lowers down and your new positive affirmation gets accepted by your subconscious mind and it carries out that new belief.

There’s a certain ‘sound’ or frequency that lowers this wall of belief and will allow you to implant any message into your subconscious mind without any doubt.

I showed my older brother who was a chain smoker for more than 30 years this method and he was shocked at how easy it was for him to finally be able to quit smoking. He didn’t suffer from any withdrawals at all , in fact his subconscious mind now hated the idea of smoking.

It was incredible to see him finally give up this destructive habit. If you want to know how to bypass the wall of disbelief and trick your subconscious mind into quitting smoking Click here to find out how

How to get a promotion using your subconscious mind

Have you ever wondered why it’s so easy for some people to excel at their careers at a very short period of time while you try to advance in yours but still struggle to make any progress at all?

There’re employees that have worked decades at a company but still have been stuck in the same position all that time.

Other new employees join and rise across the ranks with ease leaving behind the oldest employees in the dust.

So how do they do it? what makes them so special? it’s not a magical pill or a ‘secret’ that’s been buried away for thousands of years. It comes down to a mindset that only a few people are ‘born’ with.

A successful person was likely raised by succesfull parents. Their parents taught them discipline and hardwork ever since they were kids. Their subconscious minds have been programmed for success ever since they were young.

On the flip side the successful people who grew up with nothing had to force themselves to be succesfull they had their backs against the wall. It was to succeed or die. Their subconscious minds adapted to their new habits and mindset. In the end they end up being wealth because that was their only option.

Now for a lot of people who grew up in a low-middle class family, they were getting by but there was not that urgency to get successful,  you were just performing the bare minimum in order to survive.  There may have been times that you want to grow and take your career to your next level….. but it seems that every time you try, you get back to your old habits that ‘feel’ comfortable .

Your subconscious mind has been programmed for ‘comfort’ since you were growing up.It’s like a thermostat that brings you back to your old behaviors which you learned from your environment while growing up.

Unlike the successful person that’s been brought up with discipline, their subconscious minds have been programmed to run on successful habits. Your subconscious mind is like an open sponge when you’re young. It is open to any belief since it has never experienced any limiting beliefs.

Remember that your subconscious mind will only act upon on affirmations that you truly believe in. If you’ve never experienced success in your life it’s going to be impossible to tell yourself that you will be to through positive affirmations .

Because you don’t know how it feels like and have never experienced it, your subconscious mind won’t accept it, compared to  someone that was raised by successful parents, that person has no issue believing that it’s possible, it’s something that has been the standard from his childhood growing up.

They will never be able to be broke because they have never experienced it before in their lives.  If something were to ever happen to them that effects their finances e.g A business that they own gets destroyed by a fire they can rebuild the business no problem back to what to it was earning or more because their subconscious minds is fixed on a successful trajectory and leads them with the right actions to take to get wealthy again.

So does this mean if you weren’t raised up by successful parents it means that you’re screwed and never likely to change your current situation?

No, there’s still hope for you. If you grew up struggling all your life and have never experienced wealth and success then it’s possible to change your life using the power of your subconscious mind.

You just need to bypass the wall of belief between your conscious and subconscious mind.So how do you get yourself to want and believe in something that you’ve never had before? Click here to find out how

Can you control your subconscious mind?

People all over the world are mindlessly living their lives on autopilot every single day without realizing it. They wonder why they aren’t wealthy yet or why they aren’t in the best shape of their lives, you would think the obvious answer is to just change your actions but each time you try you go back to your old habits without realizing it.

We are all slaves to our subconscious minds and it’s about time to take control before it leads us to addictive behaviors that could ruin your life. Everything you do in your life habitually everyday are a result of repetitive actions from child hood.

You wake up take a shower, brush your teeth without thinking to much about it. The drive to work feels mundane and nothing hectic. But the first time you learned how to drive was a whole different story. You struggle to change the gears, when to step down on the clutch. It was stressful but now you do all those things while talking to a loved one on the phone while singing to your favorite song on the radio, all this without thinking about it.

This is your subconscious mind at work, making all those difficult actions that you were struggling when you were trying to learn in the beginning into automated and effortless actions.

Now imagine having the capability to control our subconscious mind in order to get our desired goals on auto-pilot.

Imagine being able to go the gym regularly without any hesitation and procrastination. Not only would you have an amazing looking body but you would be healthy and look good for the rest of your life.

This all sounds great but there’s only one problem. We have something that’s blocking our way from controlling our subconscious minds from attracting any thing we desire. This is our Limiting Beliefs.

Limiting beliefs are all the doubts that we have about ourselves. They are a result from a multiple of things during our childhood.

If you have a bad relationship with food and/or can’t ever see yourself in good shape, this could be from having parents constantly feeding you junk food at very young age.

You then go through your entire life seeing yourself in the mirror overweight and can’t imagine how you would ever be in good shape. If you try to go to the gym, or start a healthy diet, your subconscious mind pulls you back to your old habits and routines.

It feels impossible to change your life when your subconscious mind is fixed to an old habit that is not good for you.

This is why i made this blog, to find out the best and easiest possible way to control your subconscious mind no matter how many limiting beliefs you have about yourself.

In order to control your subconscious mind you need to bypass a ‘wall’ that lets messages through between  your conscious and subconscious mind. Only messages that you truly believe was the only way to get to your subconscious mind….until now.

After many years of researching on the subconscious mind i discovered a way to finally be able to control it and you can now finally be able to stick to new positive habits and achieve your wildest dreams.

How to use your subconscious mind to beat procrastination

If there’s one thing that determines between success and failure is CONSISTENT ACTION. Taking action everyday weather it’s going to the gym, starting a business or studying is vital for success.

You’ve probably experienced this every year. January 1st hits, one of your new year’s resolutions is to eat healthy and exercise. You are excited that finally THIS is the year!  that you’re going to finally leave transform into a completely different person.

You visualize your new dream beach body or your new promotion at work. You imagine your friends and relatives congratulating on how successful you’ve become.

The first few weeks of January you’re taking action like never before. You’re killing it at the gym, spending 4 hours studying or working at your new business every night.

But one day you decide to take a break, you tell yourself  Hey i did so much work these past few weeks i deserve a day off!

One day turns into 3 days off, 3 days turn into 1 month and before you know it the year ends and you’re back to where you started without accomplishing anything meaningful.

Not only are you back to where you started off but this time you’re self-confidence has taken a hit as well. You start to think what’s the point of trying if i’m going to fail again? . At this point you’ve given up and your old habits have won the battle.

If you’ve had this problem before, i have good news for you. You can use your subconscious mind to develop good habits and change your life for good. No more frustration and doubt when you think about going after your goals.

Imagine being able to go the gym everyday without thinking about it. No resistance. It would be as routine as brushing your teeth every morning. You know how hard it is for smokers to quit right? Imagine it being hard for you to quit going to the gym? how awesome does that sound? Getting addicted to positive habits is life changing.  This will be possible if you are able to influence your subconscious mind.

But we have one problem. Our old destructive habits that we’ve developed over the years are so strong,  we would need an extreme amount of willpower of forcing new habits in order to replace our bad habits.

Bad habits can’t be destroyed they can only be replaced this means that you have to force yourself to go to the gym consistently for months in order for our subconscious mind to adapt to the new behavior.

This would be the traditional way of implanting good habits. But you’ve come to realize you’ve tried to do this but you end up giving up. We’ve come full circle.

Another method of influencing your subconscious mind is by  using positive affirmations. This has been known to work before but it’s results are only enjoyed by very few people.

You can only influence your subconscious mind and make it work for you if you TRULY BELIEVE the positive affirmations that you repeat to yourself every day. The problem is how can you believe in something that you’ve never experienced before like being in good shape or being financially set off?

Well there’s is a method to implant a desired goal to your subconscious mind bypassing your old limiting beliefs. Click here to find out how

How to use your subconscious mind to attract love

A basic human need is the feel to be desired and loved by the members of the opposite sex. Finding your soulmate is easier than you think. No matter how many time’s you’ve struggled in the past, it’s possible to use the power of your subconscious mind to attract the love of your life.

Your current state of mind determines the quality of people that enter your life. If you are genuinely happy with your self it will be easy for you to attract like minded people to your life randomly. You send out positive vibrations from within and other like minded people can sense it and are drawn to you.

Unhappy and/or angry people repel from you and if you’re close to them you can feel it in your gut, that’s your subconscious warning, and you don’t want to spend your time with them. It feels draining, they try to bring you down to match their own vibration.

In order to raiser your level of vibration to attract a potential lover is by being perfectly in tuned with yourself. What i mean by this is that you have to be deep down completely confident and happy with your own self. You have to turn into a magnet that attracts the right person to you.

The typical strategy preached by many law of attraction guru’s  is to visualize your soulmate and they will come to you. But this never works for everyone. In order for your wish to come true, you must truly believe that it’s possible to be able to attract a soulmate.

Any lingering doubt in your mind that you can’t attract your soul mate can be sensed by your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind does not grant any wish if it has any form of doubt associated with it.

Imagine having your own personal genie, he asks you that you can ask for any wish but as long as you truly believe it then the genie will make it happen. This is how your subconscious mind works. The doubts and insecurities that you have are called ‘limiting beliefs’.

The reason you haven’t met your soulmate yet is that you may have grown up with  limiting beliefs about yourself. It may have come from constant bullying as a child from other kids at school or even from your own family. The constant negative reinforcements from them over and over becomes what you think about yourself.

You grow up with a lack of confidence and insecurity that puts in you in a low state of vibration. When you constantly tell yourself how low worth you are, it’s easy for the subconscious mind to accept this truth and make sure only negative situations and negative people are attracted to your life.

For the person that could be your future wife or husband, they will only be attracted in your life if you put out a positive vibration. This will only happen if you get rid of your limiting belief about your self image.

You can try to start positive affirmations, but the old prior feelings of yourself you’ve had are true strong to replace. Your subconscious mind will reject it and stick to your current negative belief about yourself.

There’s a powerful way to program your subconscious mind with new positive beliefs that bypasses your old negative ones. No matter how much you’ve doubted yourself in the past and in the present ,your subconscious mind will get the message and act upon it.

Why the Law of Attraction doesn’t work

The law of attraction has been a global phenomenon ever since the hit movie “The secret” graced our screens back in 2008. My friends, relatives , co-workers, practically anyone i knew talked about it and recommended it to me.

I’ve been studying about the subconscious mind for a decade, and when i first heard about the law of attraction, the concept had similarities to some books on the subconscious mind I’ve read in the past such as ‘The power of the subconscious mind’ by Joseph Murphy, ‘Think and Grow Rich ” by Napolean hill and ‘The science of getting rich’ by Wallace D Wattles (in fact this was the very book that inspired the movie ‘The Secret’).

While those were brilliant books in their own right, the techniques worked for some but not for me and many other people, i felt that there was still a critical component missing. So i had to watch The Secret and i thought that finally they’ve figured out how anyone can attract their desires with the power of positive thinking.

After watching The secret i was very excited to try what they outlined in the movie out. I set up my vision board and practically every waking moment i was ‘visualizing’ my desires. Days passed by and nothing happened.”Hmm ok this obviously requires some time, let me not stop” then weeks which turned into months and still nothing…

I ended up very frustrated and let down. I came to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction was a very well executed scam. I continued my research on the subconscious mind.

And by sheer luck that’s when i had my breakthrough. I finally learnt why some people were able to become successful with ease while others like myself at the time struggled.

The one thing that ‘The Secret’ and countless other ‘Law of attraction Gurus’ failed to explain is limiting beliefs.

Limiting beliefs are the ONE thing that stops “Law of attraction” from working for you. When you truly believe that’s something will happen for you without a single ounce of doubt, it will.

Your subconscious mind is what makes the magic happen, it will ‘attract’ you all the desires that you want but i will only listen to you if it’s fed with only strong levels of emotions and BELIEF.

Ever since i was a child i thank my dad for forcing me to eat healthy and exercise regularly. i’m in my mid 40s and I’ve never heard any issues with diet and weight gain. Because i grew up believing that it was EASY to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

People that grew up unhealthy and overweight will find it impossible to stick to a healthy diet and gym regiment. They could try all they want to visualize about their new beach body and use positive affirmations over and over, but deep down they truly don’t believe that it’s possible.

That’s why the Law of attraction doesn’t work for most people. They are trying to get something that they’ve never had in their lives. It’s impossible to truly believe you can get it because you have suffered your entire life being either poor, overweight or lonely .

Even though i didn’t have any issues with weight growing up, i had terrible luck with money. My parents used to fight all the time over money, my dad would constantly tell me that “money doesn’t grow on trees” “money is the root of all evil!”. Those would end up being my own limiting beliefs that stuck for decades.

So when i tried to visualize myself being rich and successful, deep down there was a voice saying “Stop lying to your self! You will never be rich!Money is hard to get!”.

My limiting belief blocked the new positive visualizations and affirmations from entering my subconscious mind.

So what does this mean? are people who grew up poor or unhealthy are going to live the rest of their lives like that? Not if you can find a way to bypass your limiting beliefs.

And luckily for you i found a method to do so ,no matter how much doubt you’ve had in yourself from years of failure to change. Click here to find how to do this and to change your life in an instant.

How to use your subconscious mind power to change your life

Habits are everything. If you want to take charge of your life you need to develop good habits.  Habits are a result of what you do every single day consistently.  Once a habit is formed it’s practically impossible to unlearn them.

Those behaviors are then run on autopilot by your subconscious mind.  Your body functions are run by your subconscious automatically since the day your born , such as breathing and digestion.

Can you imagine if you had to consciously think and control these functions every single second of the day?it would drive you insane. Your subconscious mind is like your own personal super computer that could make your life the best you’ve ever had or a living hell based on what you feed it.

For example if you developed a strong habit of going to the gym multiple times a week, it would be a beneficial in the long run for your health and personal life. But a negative habit could also destroy your life.

If you picked up a bad habit such as smoking at a young age, the long term effects to your health are devastating . Or pick up another bad habit such as drinking every single day it would lead to liver failure or set off a sequence of bad decisions(e.g drunk driving) that would up ending your life abruptly.

Your subconscious mind will control your actions like a puppet without you even realizing it. If your subconscious mind has success  programmed to it, you will find yourself making the right decisions everyday with very small hesitation or resistance.

“Good luck” and opportunities will seem to be falling on to your lap for some reason. Your subconscious mind is like a magnet attracting situations and people that are aligned with positive or negative beliefs that have been fed to it by you.

People who always complain about the rich and their own ‘bad luck’ with money will never be successful. They’ve unknowingly programmed their subconscious mind to only attract negative situations and people that repel money away from their lives.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t care if you what you feed it is positive or negative. It just carries out what you plant it like an obedient servant.

If you want to use the power of your subconscious mind to attract wealth, good health, a soulmate or all the above, you need to speak it’s language. The subconscious mind only understands strong emotions that you believe in.

That’s why it’s very easy to attract bad situations to our lives because emotions such as anger, jealousy and fear are powerful emotions we experience from what we see in around our lives. Our subconscious minds easily absorb these emotions because we truly believe that deep down we can never be rich and successful , We look in the mirror and we think we can never have that perfect beach body.

If you wanted to the power of the subconscious mind for the good ,it’s going to be practically impossible. If you’ve been always poor for your entire life and you try to ‘feel’ positive emotions and repeat affirmations that you are going to be rich, deep down you know it’s a lie and your subconscious mind will reject it.

So how do you make your subconscious mind accept and execute upon positive affirmations even though you have doubts within your self?Luckily for you i had spent more than a decade for that answer…….Click here to find out to easily program your subconscious mind.

What happened when i quit Social Media

Deleting all my social media accounts has been one of the best decision’s i’ve made in the past few years. My productivity and overall mental health has improved dramatically.  Social media really is like an addiction to a drug similar to how a crackhead has to constantly get his daily fix.

Going outside and seeing people living most of their lives glued to their screens is a sad state to see in a daily basis. The constant need for validation and cheap dopamine hits each time they get their photo on instagram liked or their tweets retweeted.  I used to be addicted seeing that red notification pop-up in the corner of my facebook home page.  Constantly refreshing the site to see if any one has messaged me or liked any of my posts.

After a long day of work i would enter bed and browse my phone to check up on ‘news’ on social media and ‘catch up’ on what my friends have been up to. “Let me just browse for 5 mins then i will fall asleep” i would tell my self this but everytime 5 mins would turn into 3-4 hours and my sleep schedule is now fucked.

The next day i would feel lethargic. My productivity would tank and any work that i needed to do would be brushed off for another day.  I follow a bunch of succesful people on instagram including a few friends who are multi-millionaires. While their posts were motivating to me there was a part of me that was jealous. I would see them having the time of their lives at an exotic location on a weekday. “Why can’t i have that now?” i thought to myself.

Comparing your current situation to someone else’s highlights on social media is a quick road to depression.

Enough was enough and i had to deactivate all my accounts for the sake of my mental health. Just a week from removing myself from social media existence i started to notice a drastic change already. Here’s what i experienced:

Good Sleep

I was finally able to fall asleep by 10pm, i always assumed that i had insomnia and it wasn’t because of being on my phone. Turned out to be the latter. I was sleeping like a baby. I wake up feeling rejuvenated and in a joyful mood for the rest of the day.

Even if was to encounter a problem during the day at work i felt that i could handle them much better than before when i wasn’t getting enough sleep. I was in more control with my emotions.

Extra Time

This was the biggest thing i noticed. when you stop social media it feels like you’ve been given extra hours in your day to actually get productive things done and it feels great!

In the beginning it was weird, i thought it would be ‘boring’ if i wasn’t able to check on people online. But when you put your attention to things that would benefit your life in the long run, being “bored” is impossible.

I would use my free time to polish my skills with my business and it paid off immensely.  I also had the time to always learn how to play the guitar.Something that i always wanted to do since i was a teenager. Knowing that if i didn’t quit social media none of this would have been possible.

Improved Health

I mentioned previously that i had extra time to do productive things. One thing that i was now able to do was go to the gym and stick to a healthy diet. Doing this had a ‘butterfly effect’ with the rest of my day to day life. With my Increased energy and discipline from going to the gym i was getting more shit done than ever before.

The feeling of endorphins released after a long hard workout was the best stress reliever for me. I cut back on drinking alcohol to not mess up the progress i made in the gym. I toned down from a 6 pack of beer every single week to only drinking dry wine once every 2 months.

Improved social life

Not being able to check up on what my friends or relatives were up to on social media forced me to actually pick up the phone and get in touch with them personally.

I was under the illusion that by just seeing and commenting their pictures on instagram that i was ‘technically being in touch with them’.

Going through my contacts in my phone and calling them up led to old friendships being re-ignited, most of which i ended meeting them up in person, and i also made some new mutual friends and connections along the way.

Some of them were glad to hear from me. On a side note you have no idea how sometimes just reaching out to someone close to you with a simple phone call checking up on them can make their day(social media doesn’t count!).  We are all battling our personal demons inside and reaching out goes a long way!

Discover New Places

Not being glued to my screen constantly also forced me to spend more time outside and just appreciate the beauty of the world that we live in.

There are so many beautiful places to go to and explore. No matter where you live it’s possible to always discover new places close to you.

I started to take nature walks and camp more often. My appreciation to life and nature in general increased. You have no idea how much of a positive impact this has with your mental health. As human beings we were designed to be outside and have our senses stimulated by nature and not by screens.

Summary

I’m not forcing you to quit social media but i suggest that you try for at least a week without it, simply delete all the necessary apps from your phone, install website blockers on your computer. I guarantee you will experience what i did and you won’t regret it!
